Route: TR out of car park - Blackwater TR towards Sandown bear left at Arreton, TLights TR across the downs to Smallbrook stadium - MRabt turn right - TJ filter right - TLights straight on - TJ turn right towards Nettlestone - St Helens - through the village - past Oasis -TLights turn left through Brading and take the right turn just after Yarbridge TLights

What a lovely winters day, not at all expected.
15 riders joined us this month, quite a pleasant day for a ride, fresh rather than cold. The Island is stirring early this year, a few spring flowers are appearing and the sun was out. A few roadwork's with Road Closed signs which meant the route had to change. As a matter of interest if you come to a Roundabout or T-Junctions and there is nobody layed-off it's always straight on. Lovely ride and a great chat at the Villa, unfortunately Angies bike refused to start, so in spite of trying to bump start the bike the AA had to be called, by the way their app has GPS location finder which is great, anyway a new battery after 17 years solved the problem, thanks to sausage Steve - tail-end-charlie.
