TR out of car park - Blackwater T/Jun TR - Arreton bear left to Hare & Hounds - M/Rab straight on along briddlesford - M/Rab TR - T/Lights - TR down the hill at Wootton to Ryde - follow the road, down Union Street - bear right along the Esplanade - follow the road up to Westridge T/Light straight on toward Sandown, past Tesco R/Abt and on to Brading - at the Yarbridge T/Lights - TL - M/rab turn right past Culver and into Sandown up the High Street - Heights T/Lights - turn left into Lake High Street - left hand lane T/Lights straight on over the bridge turning into car park just past Winchester House on the left

We never saw any Easter eggs this afternoon as 15 bikers gathered for an Easter Sunday ride out from Godshill. Bathed in warm sunshine we set off from a busy carpark filled with visitors on their long weekend break. We passed through Rookley, Arreton, and on to Wootton. We then unusually went from town to town on the main roads to Yaverland and through to Shanklin, stopping at the Blueberry cafe` on the cliff tops. Fine clear views across the sea were enjoyed with coffee, teas and ice cream with a lot of leg pulling and laughter. Still no eggs in sight, but I did find one at home for me !
